What is the minimum party size?
Although the average party is 8 to 10 people, Party Chef will work with smaller groups as well. Please note that the minimum party fee of $350.00 will apply. .
Is Party Chef insured?
Yes. Party Chef is insured to cover any accidents that may occur in your kitchen as a result of Party Chef and employees. Details of the policy can be discussed at the event planning meeting.
What about leftovers?
Generally speaking, you've paid for the service and the food, so you get to keep the leftovers.
What is the maximum party size?
The maximum party size will vary depending on location, type of party, and food to be prepared. Sit-down steak dinners, for example, will likely be limited to ~20 people. A hamburgers and hot dogs party by the pool could be much larger. Best to call us with details and get a more accurate answer on this.
How long is Party Chef at my house?
This also depends on type of meal and menu selections. If Party Chef is doing Creme Brulee, the prep time will be extended. On-site time can be tailored to your specific party needs.
Payments
We require 50% down at time of booking, and the remainder at the end of the party. We accept cash, personal checks, and money orders.
