Gourmet Night from Party Chef

Gourmet night is intended to be an exceptional experience from our food truck featuring premium meats from The Savory Swine.  We will also have standard bar food (burgers, brats, hotdogs, fries, etc.) available, but we strongly recommend the gourmet meal below.

 

On the Menu:

Freshly prepared salad of mixed lettuce, cucumber, carrots, red onion, croutons and choice of dressing.

 

Choose your main course from these fabulous options sourced from The Savory Swine: 

Filet Mignon, 8 ounces,  perfectly seasoned and grilled to your specification.

Fresh Salmon, 6 ounces, lightly seasoned and grilled. 

Main course served with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans simmered with bacon and onions. 

 

Conclude the meal with a freshly made creme brulee for dessert.
